From service to sales we have had a great experience with this dealership since they bought Clemons Ford out. Amber in service, always does a great job as well as the rest of the team in service. Exceptional customer service and if they can’t figure out an issue they will find someone who can. Ease of scheduling is a huge one too. Kelli sent me a text message to tell me about specials they were having and was able to schedule my service directly through texting instead of having to call. They greet you IMMEDIATELY every time and that is excellent and don’t leave you just sitting in a waiting room for HOURS like others. Also the technicians post the inspection videos of the vehicles and go over all aspects of your vehicle in them & I love that!

The entire buying experience was GREAT! Colton was professional, helpful, and personable from the moment I submitted an information request. He walked us through the entire process, answered all of our questions, explained our options, and kept us updated every step of the way. Spencer in finance was also professional and personable. He clearly explained all of our options and got us through the process quickly without ever making us feel rushed or like anything was being skipped.
